1.Rental Service
- The rental period is 3 days and 2 nights (excluding tax). Shipping is included, but the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer. (Direct delivery and return are available within Stockholm County.)
- Prices vary depending on the kimono. Please check the usage fees on each page for details.
- Coordination is generally handled by us, but if you have specific preferences, feel free to contact us.
- For single-item rentals, please consult with us.
- To use our service, a ID and agreement to the terms and conditions are required.

2.Kimono Dressing Service
- The fee is for one person.
- I will travel to your desired location by car or public transportation.
- Since I reside in Västerås, for areas that are more than 1.5 hours away by car, we will need to discuss the details individually.
- Within Västerås city, transportation fees are free of charge. For other areas, the transportation fee will be calculated as follows: [Round-trip distance ÷ fuel efficiency (12 km/L) × gas price per liter] (rounded up to the nearest whole number).
- Please note that young children may accompany me.

- The round-trip transportation fee is calculated as 220 km ÷ 12 km/L × gas price (20 SEK/L as of March 21, 2023), totaling approximately 367 SEK (rounded up).

The service fee is 5367 SEK (excluding tax).
4.FAQs
What are the payment methods and deadlines?
Currently, I accept payment via Swish or bank transfer. Please make the payment within 10 days from the date the invoice is issued. Transportation fees will be charged separately at a later date based on the actual costs.
Is cancellation possible?
Cancellations or changes due to illness or bad weather are allowed until 5:00 PM two days before the appointment. For kimono rentals only, cancellations are possible if the item has not yet been shipped.
I’m not sure how to return the items.
Please return the items in the same condition as when you received them (including the cardboard box, waterproof bag, etc.). Currently, within Stockholm County, we can arrange direct delivery or return through the Japanese supplementary school.
I have damaged or stained the item.
Silk kimonos can develop stains even from water exposure. If dirt or stains are left untreated, they can cause permanent discoloration or damage, so please let us know if the item becomes soiled.
For items that are severely stained or damaged, we may charge an additional fee.
Do you have yukata?
We offer yukata for women, men, and children. Please contact us for more details.

A yukata is a casual, lightweight kimono typically worn during the summer months in Japan. Made of cotton or synthetic fabric, yukata are commonly worn at festivals, fireworks displays, or hot spring resorts (onsen).
